1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting our support team via email or phone. The cancellation charges depend on the specific airline, hotel, or tour operator policies associated with your booking. Service fees charged by TRAVELS AND MORE are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Once a cancellation is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

• Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
• In cases of booking failures where the amount is deducted but the ticket is not generated, an automatic refund is initiated within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional fares, early bird bookings, and specific hotel rates are strictly non-refundable. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
